We are currently hiring for RNs in North Philadelphia and are offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Candidate must be willing to commute on a daily basis to North Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care to home-based patients as ordered by the physician.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing care management.
• Supervise Home Healthcare Aides and LPNs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient conditions.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
